Development Program Overview

Our 20+ years of experience in leadership coupled with having facilitated workshops for thousands of executives across four continents, allows us to create this uniquely effective design.  There are three phases of the program.

Entire Program Duration is Approximately 5 Months

We use your succession planning process and combine that information with the development opportunities identified by your organization during the orientation and assessment phase to identify the types of positions they are being considered for and the skills expected for that role.  Our signature mini-qualitative 360 and appropriate inventories/assessments will be used to ensure we have an EXEC360 view of the leader’s abilities today as well as their development opportunities.  If your organization does not have a robust succession planning process with competency models, we are able to develop one for you.

This three-phase program amplifies the learning experience and accelerates the development process while maximizing your ROI.​

Location of the Program

The Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center in Princeton, NJ sits on 320 wooded acres of land. These modern conference rooms are equipped to facilitate learning during the day and retreat ready rooms are available to executives for the evening.

Program Faculty

The lead facilitator is Jennifer L. Smith - renowned thought leader, speaker, and executive coach. As one of the nation’s experts on maximizing leadership potential, Jennifer Smith is the founder of the Passionate Leader Institute.  A former senior leader working for companies such as General Electric, Munich Re America, and Panasonic she led teams delivering leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and high potential programs while managing million dollar budgets.

 

Her firm consults with Fortune 500 Companies and human resource departments on leadership topics such as executive team development, social and emotional intelligence, succession planning, employee engagement, communication, influence and high potential development while offering unique insights from her experiences coaching hundreds and training thousands of leaders around the world. 

 

Jennifer is a Certified Professional Coach and credentialed by the International Coach Federation.  She has been the executive coach for hundreds of leaders across three continents and facilitated workshops for thousands. Jennifer provides executive coaching services for the McNulty Leadership Program at The Wharton School.  As a pioneering woman in the world of leadership, she is a mentor for a woman’s high potential program.

 

 

 

 

 

Kevin Pitts is an executive coach, speaker, and facilitator. He has taught classes, conducted seminars, and coached executives around the globe. He has over 20 years of experience as a consultant working with organizations to develop business unit strategies, leadership development, and business acumen solutions. Mr. Pitts has also worked with senior leaders to facilitate the management of budgets, identify and develop leadership talent, improve performance, manage change, and transform teams.

 

Mr. Pitts has worked with many of the leading Global 1000 organizations such as EMC, GE, IBM, Xerox, Citigroup, Kimberly-Clark, P&G, Marks & Spencer, Brother, Inc., Unilever, AT&T, HP, Cingular, Shell, Sprint, Panasonic, DuPont, and Motorola. His breadth of experience with these companies has given him insight into the following industries: hi-tech, consumer products, document management, financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, specialty chemicals, and aerospace & defense.

 

Mr. Pitts attended the Colgate Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he received an MBA with a concentration in Finance/Organizational Behavior, and Colgate University, from which he received a BA in Philosophy. He was a PhD candidate at the University of Pittsburgh in the area of Strategic Management and Organization.
