How We Work 

The Passionate Leader Institute uses a combination of coaching and training/workshops to create an experiential program so that leaders walk away being able to take action - immediately - upon returning to work.  


Past participants have described sessions as being content-rich as well as practical. We use a facilitative approach in all of our training programs which means that we share content, engage participants in practicing the skill/technique, have small group discussions, and provide opportunities for them to receive feedback so that a true shift in behavior can occur.  Our learning events are supplemented with sustainability programs that help you maximize your return on investment!
