Navigating conflict can feel challenging if you are not aware of your and others' preferences. Awareness helps leaders have productive conversations that move towards a resolution, shared understanding, or co-creation of relationship guiding principles.

One begins with identifying if it is a disagreement or conflict. From there, one can use an approach that aligns with the situation.
